If you like nourishing, hearty, well-balanced meals, then you might just like some of my recipes. Of course, the meals have to be delicious too!

The recipes are budget-friendly as well as quick and easy to prepare. It’s important to me that the recipes on my site are well tested, so you can be sure that they will turn out as I intended.

Each recipe has a recipe card for easy following along, but it's worth reading the extra notes for additional thoughts on how to get the recipe right and ideas on how to adapt it.

Many of the recipes on this blog are everyday recipes, so it is important to me that they are varied, tasty and easy to put together on any weekday night. It is equally important that they are healthy and nutritious, so many of the recipes are packed with vegetables and are balanced in protein and fibre.
